Will the wedding be audio described?

Yes. The entire wedding will be audio described. The bride and groom are both blind and know how important it is to make things accessible. It is their mission to make sure that all of the guests at the wedding will enjoy the ceremony along with knowing what is going on.

What if I need an accessible or close parking spot?

If you need an accessible or close parking spot at the venue, please let us know and we will insure that you will be able to park close or in an accessible spot.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

No. The ceremony will take place at First Baptist Church of Noble followed by the reception will be at Canadian River Winery.

Is the reception open to everyone?

Unfortunately, no. There is a guest capacity that we have to adhere to. We would love for everyone to attend our reception, but due to space, we are only allowing family and close friends to attend the reception. But anyone and everyone is welcome to attend our ceremony.

Would there be sighted guide to assist those who are blind or visually impaired?

Yes. We will have plenty of people at the event who can serve as a sighted guide. The sighted guides can also help people with other disabilities or really anyone who needs help at any point or time.

How will the food be served at the reception?

The food will be served buffet style since we are having a baked potato bar. If you need assistance getting through the food line to make your plate or you can't go through the line, just let someone know, and we will make sure you get the help you need.
